Consent to Personal Data Processing

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", the User, by using the «Trendly» service, gives consent to the processing of personal data under the following conditions.

2. List of Processed Data

When using the Service, the following personal data may be processed:

• last name, first name, patronymic;

• other information voluntarily provided by the User.

3. Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

5. Processing Methods

5.2. Processing is carried out in compliance with the principles and rules established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

• with User consent;
• for payment processing — to payment systems and banks;
• for sending notifications — to email and SMS services;
• as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Processing Terms

7.1. Personal data is processed until the processing purposes are achieved or until the User withdraws consent.

7.2. Upon achieving the processing purposes or upon withdrawal of consent, personal data is subject to deletion or anonymisation.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

8.1. The User has the right at any time to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending written notice to the Operator.

8.2. Withdrawal of consent does not terminate data processing carried out on other lawful grounds.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. By using the Service and providing personal data, the User expresses consent to this document.
